Return Policy & Care Instructions

Returns will only be accepted by contacting info@desiar.com prior to returning your product. 

In the event that your unworn product purchased from our website does not meet your expectations, you may return it postmarked within 14 (fourteen) days of the date you receive the package for credit to your original payment method, less any shipping charges.

NOTE: Please email info@desiar.com (SUBJECT LINE: Return - Order #) prior to sending your items back to Desiar Eyewear.

Any returns postmarked after 14 (fourteen) days of your receipt date will be returned to you unless otherwise communicated. If you do not accept the item to be returned to you, you will be charged a restock fee that includes 50% of the value of the item, plus shipping charges.

Custom sunglasses:

We do NOT offer any refunds or exchanges for custom designed sunglasses or items offered on our website. Due to these items being very limited and custom made, we do not take returns for refunds/credit or exchange. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please make sure that before you finalize your purchase and design that you have selected all of the correct details, colors, markings, frames, etc.

You may return your stock product(s) for a refund:

  • The item has been unworn
  • All items including the sunglasses/eyeglasses, case, and cloth are returned
  • The item is free of any damage
  • The item is returned in its original packaging

We will only refund the original shipping cost on your order if you received the incorrect item or the item sent was defective. If a wrong item shipped to you is due to a mistake on our part, your returned items will be shipped at no cost to you via Standard Ground Delivery. If a damaged item is shipped to you, please notify us within 2 days from the date you receive your package. Any damage claim made after 2 days will not be accepted.

The return value is determined by the last retail price of the item. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON PRODUCTS THAT WERE NOT PURCHASED VIA THIS WEBSITE.  Please use the most economical shipping method. It is recommended that you use a shipping service that offers both insurance and tracking to ensure the safe delivery of your package, as DESIAR EYEWEAR, LLC. is not responsible for packages lost in transit.  Due to security constraints, we are unable to reimburse you for an amount greater than your purchase price. Returns will only be accepted by contacting info@desiar.com prior to returning your product.

Care Instructions

DESIAR sunglasses/eyeglasses are hand-made and produced with great care using the best materials, however, all products can be damaged so we ask that you take special care of your product. Below are care instructions we highly recommend following upon the purchase of your DESIAR product. 

FRAMES: 

Avoid wearing your glasses on your head and use two hands when taking your glasses on and off. This will keep them from becoming slightly stretched over time. 

Do not use any wood protectant on your glasses. All glasses come ready to wear and with no additional ointments or solutions needed. 

Avoid all contact with chemical cleaners with your frame. 

LENSES: 

Do not clean your lenses with solvents or chemicals. They may contain alcohol which may cause damage to your lens coatings. 

Only use a dry soft microfiber cleaning cloth, like the one received with your purchase, to clean your lenses. 

Avoid scratching your lenses by placing them in the hard case and only use a dry microfiber cloth to clean. 

STORING INSTRUCTIONS: 

Store your glasses in room temperature, dry environment, avoiding extreme heat conditions, such as your dashboard, glove compartment or bag for extended periods of time.
